The villa is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town. It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
In 1905/06 the villa was built as a private clinic. The Halberstadt architects A. Weichel and F. Reichel worked as architects . The facade of the house including the gable combines elements of neo-baroque and art nouveau . The villa is covered by a mansard roof .
