A song by the German singer-songwriter Tim Bendzko is hanging by a thread . It was recorded as the title song on the album of the same name and released as a song on May 10, 2013. But it could not match the success of Nur noch die Welt save the world and only reached number 11 in the German single charts, although the song was produced by the same producer. More concise than the title of the song is the repeated line I don't want any more winters .

reception

Artur Schulz reviewed the song for the Laut.de music database . In his opinion, the ballad Am Seidenen Faden is rather inconspicuous and low in tension.

For the title track "Am Seidenen Faden" the Berliner treats himself to a captivating ballad excursion. Unspectacular, somehow beneficial, but also quite low-tension and dangerously close to the edge of interchangeability .

While the other songs on the album do n't make a lasting impression on juiced.de , the song has been praised

The title song is a small exception. The text is catchy, the melody stays in the ear.
