Amaszonas Paraguay was an airline from Paraguay and a joint subsidiary of the Bolivian Línea Aérea Amaszonas and the Spanish Air Nostrum .
history
The Bolivian company Línea Aérea Amaszonas took over its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in April 2015 five days after the closure of the BQB Líneas Aéreas in Uruguay and continued some flights, including the route to the Paraguayan capital Asunción. The first flight of the new daughter Amaszonas Paraguay took place on September 23, 2015 from the capital Asunción to Ciudad del Este .
In 2018, Amaszonas Paraguay ended its flights; the airline was rebuilt by new owners and launched flights at home and abroad under the new name Paranair .

In March 2017, the Amaszonas Paraguay's fleet consisted of two Bombardier CRJ200s (one of them inactive) with an average age of 14 years.
