The house at Amelungstrasse 1 is a listed villa in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The villa is located near the left bank of the lake . A little further east, the Vossbrücke crosses the river.
Architecture and history
The house was built in 1901. The builder was Selmar Kleemann, a high school professor. Max Schneck from Quedlinburg worked as an architect . The facade design of the plastered building is based on baroque models. The plaster decorations and the ornamental windows are among the early examples of Art Nouveau in Quedlinburg.
The interior design has largely been preserved. The property fence and garden also belong to the monument ensemble.
