Amphoe Prachantakham ( Thai : อำเภอ ประจันตคาม ) is a district ( amphoe - administrative district) in the province of Prachin Buri . The province of Prachin Buri is located in the east of the central region of Thailand .

Amphoe Prachantakham is bounded by the following Amphoe (clockwise from the east): the Amphoe Na Di , Kabin Buri , Si Maha Phot and Mueang Prachin Buri of the Province of Prachin Buri, Amphoe Pak Phli in the Province of Nakhon Nayok and the Amphoe Pak Chong and Wang Nam Khiao in Nakhon Ratchasima Province .

There are two municipalities with "small town" status ( Thesaban Tambon ) in the district:
- Pho Ngam (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โพธิ์ งาม ) consisting of the complete tambon Pho Ngam.
- Prachantakham (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ประจันตคาม ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Prachantakham.
In addition, there are eight " tambon administration organizations " ( องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Tambon Administrative Organizations, TAO)
- Prachantakham (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ประจันตคาม ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Prachantakham.
- Ko Loi (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล เกาะ ลอย ) consisting of the complete Tambon Ko Loi.
- Ban Hoi (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล บ้าน หอย ) consisting of the complete tambon Ban Hoi.
- Nong Saeng (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล หนอง แสง ) consisting of the complete Tambon Nong Saeng.
- Dong Bang (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ดง บัง ) consisting of the complete tambon Dong Bang.
- Kham Tanot (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล คำ โตนด ) consisting of the complete Tambon Kham Tanot.
- Bu Fai (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล บุ ฝ้าย ) consisting of the complete tambon Bu Fai.
- Nong Kaeo (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล หนอง แก้ว ) consisting of the complete Tambon Nong Kaeo.
