Warnow-Ost office

In the Warnow-Ost district with its seat in the municipality of Dummerstorf , six municipalities were amalgamated on March 9, 1991 to handle their administrative business. Until 1996 the official seat was in Kavelstorf . The office in the Bad Doberan district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany) bordered the Hanseatic city of Rostock in the north and the Güstrow district in the south . The western border of the office formed the Warnow as namesake.

On 7 June 2009, 119.89 square kilometers and 7,333 inhabitants (31 December 2007) was dissolved scoring Office and the municipalities dam , Kavelstorf , Kessin , Lieblingshof and Prisannewitz to Dummerstorf incorporated. The last head of office was Dieter Nahe.
