Local court Öhringen

The district court of Öhringen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight district courts in the district of the district court of Heilbronn .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Öhringen at the address Karlsvorstadt 18. The judicial district includes the communities Bretzfeld , Kupferzell , Neuenstein , Öhringen, Pfedelbach , Waldenburg and Zweiflingen in accordance with Annex No. 63 of the Baden-Württemberg Court Organization Act .

Superior courts

The district court of Öhringen is the entrance court. Superior to him, the Heilbronn District Court as well as in other stages of appeal, the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and the Federal Court .
