District court Vaihingen an der Enz

The district court of Vaihingen an der Enz is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Heilbronn .

Seat and District of the Court

The court is based in the city of Vaihingen an der Enz in the Ludwigsburg district ( Stuttgart region ). The 177 km² judicial district includes the cities and communities of Eberdingen , Oberriexingen , Sachsenheim , Sersheim and Vaihingen an der Enz. 63,000 people live in it.

The district court of Heilbronn , which is also responsible as a juvenile lay judge and insolvency court, deals with detention , white-collar crime and civil status matters from the district of AG Vaihingen an der Enz . The central dunning court and register court is the Stuttgart District Court .

Courthouse

The court is in the Franckstrasse building, which was completed in 1840 . 20 housed.

The district court of Heilbronn is superordinate to the district court of Vaihingen an der Enz . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
