District Court Künzelsau

The district court of Künzelsau is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight district courts in the district of the district court of Heilbronn .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Künzelsau at the address Schillerstraße 13. The judicial district includes the communities Dörzbach , Forchtenberg , Ingelfingen , Krautheim , Künzelsau, Mulfingen , Niedernhall , Schöntal and Weißbach in accordance with Annex No. 45 of the Baden-Württemberg Court Organization Act .

Superior courts

The Künzelsau District Court is the entrance court (court of first instance ). Superior to him, the Heilbronn District Court as well as in other stages of appeal, the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and the Federal Court .
