Maulbronn District Court

The Maulbronn District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of eight district courts in the district of the Karlsruhe Regional Court .

history

The current district court building was built in 1892 on the site of the 15th century monastery inn that was demolished in 1890.

Until 1994, the Maulbronn District Court , which was formerly in the Württemberg part of the state, belonged to the district of the Heilbronn District Court ; In 1995 it was assigned to the district of the Karlsruhe Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The district court has its seat in Maulbronn . The judicial district includes the municipalities of Maulbronn , Mühlacker (the largest municipality in the district with over 25,000 inhabitants), Ötisheim , Sternenfels , Wiernsheim , Illingen , Wurmberg , Knittlingen , Friolzheim , Heimsheim , Mönsheim and Wimsheim . With the exception of the latter four municipalities, it corresponds to the district of the former Maulbronn Oberamt .

In addition, the leadership of the district court was Maulbronn land registers in the districts of reporting to the Regional Court of Karlsruhe municipal courts assigned to § 5b BW ZuVOJu.

The district court, which has three judges, is headed by Director Bernd Lindner.

Superior courts

The Regional Court of Karlsruhe and the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe are superordinate to the Maulbronn District Court.
