Bruchsal District Court
The Bruchsal District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight District Courts (AG) in the district of the Karlsruhe Regional Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is the city of Bruchsal in Kraichgau . The 395 km² judicial district includes the area of the municipalities Bad Schönborn , Bruchsal, Dettenheim , Forst , Graben-Neudorf , Hambrücken , Karlsdorf-Neuthard , Kraichtal , Kronau , Östringen and Ubstadt-Weiher . Around 143,000 people live in it.
The district court Bruchsal is also responsible for the judicial sale - and compulsory administration and family matters from the district court districts Bretten and Philippsburg . Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .

Since 1876 the court has been housed in the "office building" of the Bruchsal Palace, Schönbornstrasse 18 . Individual departments are located in other buildings of the castle.
Superior courts
The Karlsruhe Regional Court is superordinate to the Bruchsal District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
