Philippsburg District Court
The Philippsburg District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of eight local courts (AG) in the district of the Karlsruhe Regional Court .

The seat of the court is the city of Philippsburg in the north of the Karlsruhe district . The 112 km² judicial district covers the area of the municipalities of Oberhausen-Rheinhausen , Philippsburg and Waghäusel . More than 42,000 people live in it.
The foreclosure and administrative proceedings as well as the family matters from the district of the AG Philippsburg are assigned to the district court of Bruchsal . The Karlsruhe District Court performs the tasks of the insolvency court . The commercial register is kept at the Mannheim District Court . Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .
