Baden-Baden District Court
The District Court of Baden-Baden is the competent District Court for the District of Baden-Baden . In family court matters, foreclosure matters and administrative matters relating to real estate , the local jurisdiction of the Baden-Baden District Court also extends to the Achern and Bühl District Court districts . The main office is at Gutenbergstrasse 17.

Civil matters , family matters , criminal matters and administrative fine proceedings are negotiated at the Baden-Baden District Court .
Other tasks: adoptions , emergency service , Betreuungen , bailiffs , court Paying Agent , filings , bankruptcies , agricultural matters , enforcement proceedings , legal department , register things , credit registry , accommodation , disappearance matters , matters of guardianship , home ownership , foreclosure , foreclosure .
The court also offers legal aid. For example legal aid, counseling and support for victims of crime .
