Besigheim District Court
The Besigheim District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of eight local courts in the district of the Heilbronn Regional Court .
Jurisdiction and seat
The district court has been in Besigheim since 1822 , the building of which is located at Amtsgerichtsgasse 5 in 74354 Besigheim.
In addition to the city of Besigheim, the judicial district of the Besigheim District Court also includes the cities of Bietigheim-Bissingen , Bönnigheim , Erligheim , Freudental , Gemmrigheim , Hessigheim , Ingersheim , Kirchheim am Neckar , Löchgau , Mundelsheim , Tamm and Walheim . They are all part of the Ludwigsburg district .
Jurisdiction
In family matters, the Besigheim District Court is also responsible for family matters in the Marbach a. N. and Vaihingen / Enz .
Superior courts
The district court of Heilbronn is superordinate to the district court of Besigheim . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
