Bad Saulgau District Court
The Bad Saulgau District Court is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .
District Court District
The district of the Bad Saulgau District Court comprises the eastern part of the Sigmaringen district with the cities of Bad Saulgau , Mengen , Scheer , Herbertingen , Ostrach and Hohentengen . A total of around 41,000 people live in the judicial district.
Courthouse
The courthouse of the local court is located in the city center at Schützenstraße 14.
Responsibility and duties
The Bad Saulgau District Court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . The register of associations and property law is also kept at the local court. As an enforcement court, it is responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.
Other legal matters such as juvenile lay judges, insolvency proceedings, foreclosure and compulsory administrative matters, commercial register, cooperative register and partnership register do not fall under the jurisdiction of the district court. The Ravensburg District Court is responsible for them. For the agricultural court is District Court Biberach responsible.
Three bailiffs work for the district court.

In the stages of appeal are the parent of the District Court of Bad Saulgau the district court Ravensburg , the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court .
