District Court of Wangen

The district court of Wangen im Allgäu is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

District Court District

The district of the district court of Wangen im Allgäu includes the communities Achberg , Amtzell , Argenbühl , Isny im Allgäu , Kißlegg and Wangen. In addition, the district court is responsible for family and lay judge matters for the communities of Bad Wurzach , Aitrach , Aichstetten and Leutkirch im Allgäu from the judicial district of the Leutkirch district court.

The court building of the local court is located at Lindauer Straße 28 in Wangen.

Responsibility and duties

The district court of Wangen is the first instance civil , family and criminal court .

Three bailiffs work for the district court . It is also responsible for apostille legalizations.

Superior courts

In the stages of appeal are the parent of the District Court cheeks, the district court Ravensburg , the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court .
