The district court of Riedlingen is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The district of the district court of Riedlingen comprises the western part of the district of Biberach with the cities and communities Alleshausen , Allmannsweiler , Altheim , Bad Buchau , Betzenweiler , Dürmentingen , Dürnau , Ertingen , Kanzach , Langenenslingen , Moosburg , Oggelshausen , Riedlingen, Seekirch , Tiefenbach , Unlingen and Uttenweiler . About 38,900 people live in the district.

The district court is located at Kirchstrasse 20 in Riedlingen.

Responsibility and duties

The district court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . Furthermore, the trade , association and property law register is kept here . As an enforcement court, it is also responsible for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.

There are 3 bailiffs working in the judicial district of Riedlingen.
