Responsibility and duties

The district court Leutkirch im Allgäu is first-instance court in civil and criminal matters . The register of associations and property law is also kept here. As an enforcement court, it is also responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.

There is no lay judge or family court at the Leutkirch District Court. These are located at the district court of Wangen im Allgäu .
