Bad Waldsee District Court

The Bad Waldsee District Court is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The judicial district of the district court (AG) Bad Waldsee includes the cities and communities Bad Waldsee, Bergatreute and Aulendorf in the district of Ravensburg .

history

By a decree of King Friedrich of August 26, 1811, the function of the local and city courts was transferred to the Bad Waldsee Oberamt. In 1839 the building of today's Kreissparkasse, which was built in 1928, was bought by the official corporation for 8000 guilders. The current building was built between 1901 and 1903 for 92,328 DM, to which the move took place on August 12, 1903.

In 2017/2018 a fundamental renovation took place, which cost 1.4 million euros, on March 14, 2018, it was again available to the employees.

Responsibility and duties

The District Court of Bad Waldsee is first-instance court in civil and criminal matters . The property law register is also kept here . As an enforcement court, it is also responsible for all enforcement matters in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. As the supervision court , it is responsible for all supervision proceedings in which the person to be supervised is domiciled in the judicial district.

The district court is not competent as a jury court, family court, bankruptcy court and agricultural court , probate and for foreclosures . These tasks are assigned to the Ravensburg District Court . Association , trade , cooperative and partnership registers are kept by the Ulm District Court . The Stuttgart District Court is responsible for dunning procedures in Baden-Württemberg .

Superior courts

The Regional Court of Ravensburg , the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate to the AG Bad Waldsee .
