Malchin District Court
The Malchin District Court was a court of the ordinary jurisdiction of the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the district of the District Court of Neubrandenburg .
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in the city of Malchin .
The judicial district covered the area of the then Malchin district .
On December 31, 1997, the court was overturned and converted into a branch of the Demmin District Court . The branch was closed on May 9, 2009.

The district court of Neubrandenburg was superordinate to the Malchin district court . The competent higher regional court was the higher regional court in Rostock .
