Neustadt in Holstein District Court

The Neustadt in Holstein District Court is a historic court .

1,867 were in Schleswig-Holstein in 86, Lauenburg five first-instance district courts set up. At that time they were the first dishes of this kind in Prussia. In 1879 they were dissolved in the course of the restructuring of the judiciary and 70 local courts were newly established.

The district court in Neustadt was founded in 1867 and was located at Lienaustraße 12 until 1975. After a renovation, the Neustadt police station is now located in the building.

The jurisdiction now lies with the district court of Oldenburg in Holstein .
