The district court of Kiel is a German court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Kiel . With over 300 employees, it is the largest of 22 local courts in the state of Schleswig-Holstein .

    The registry department of the Kiel District Court has been relocated to Preußerstraße 1-9, 24103 Kiel for reasons of space . Until 2009, the social court was also located there.
