Social Court Kiel
The social court in Kiel is a court of social justice . It is one of four social courts in Schleswig-Holstein .

The court has its seat in the state capital Kiel .
It is locally responsible for the cities of Kiel and Neumünster and the Plön district. The judicial district is around 1270 km 2 and around 456,000 people live in it. Since April 1, 2011, the court is no longer responsible for the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district.
The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .
Courthouse
The court building of the social court in Kiel is located at Kronshagener Weg 107 a . Until 2009 it was in the courthouse on Deliusstrasse together with the local courts.
Superior courts
At the state level, the Schleswig-Holstein State Social Court is the higher-level court. It is located in Schleswig . The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
