Stockach District Court

The Stockach District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven District Courts (AG) in the district of the District Court of Konstanz .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Stockach . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities of Bodman-Ludwigshafen , Eigeltingen , Hohenfels , Mühlingen , Orsingen-Nenzingen and Stockach. Around 32,000 people live in it. Like every district court, the Stockach District Court has first instance jurisdiction for civil and criminal matters, as well as for all enforcement matters if the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. Family and insolvency proceedings as well as real estate enforcement from the judicial district are handled by the Konstanz District Court ; Agricultural matters are handled by the Singen district court . The association, trade and partnership registers are kept at the Freiburg District Court . In Baden-Württemberg, dunning procedures take place centrally at the Stuttgart District Court .

The Stockach District Court is headed by the Director of the District Court, Axel Beck. The District Court of Konstanz is directly superior to the Stockach District Court . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
