District Court Singen (Hohentwiel)

The district court of Singen (Hohentwiel) is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts (AG) in the district of Konstanz .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Singen (Hohentwiel) (Erzbergerstraße 28) and is responsible for the communities Aach , Büsingen , Engen , Gailingen , Gottmadingen , Hilzingen , Mühlhausen-Ehingen , Rielasingen-Worblingen , Singen, Steißlingen , Tengen and Volkertshausen .

Basically, all civil and criminal matters as well as judicial sale - and receivership matters negotiated for the district court Radolfzell.

In insolvency matters , the Konstanz District Court is also responsible for the district of the Singen District Court. In trade and Genossenschaftsregister things , the district court Freiburg is responsible.

The district court of Singen (Hohentwiel) is the agricultural court for the district court of Konstanz .

Superior courts

The District Court of Constance and the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe are superordinate to the District Court of Singen .
