Ana Durlovski
Ana Durlovski ( Macedonian Ана Дурловски ; * 1978 in Štip , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Macedonian opera singer ( coloratura soprano ).
Life
From 1997 to 2001 she studied at the Music Academy of the University of Skopje and made her debut at the Makedonska Opera in Skopje as Lucia in Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor . Appearances at opera houses in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Albania followed. In 2006 she made her debut as Queen of the Night in Mozart's Magic Flute at the Vienna State Opera . In this role she was also seen at the Berlin State Opera and the Deutsche Oper Berlin .
In 2006 she became a member of the ensemble of the Mainz State Theater , and has been a member of the Stuttgart State Opera since 2011 . Her portrayal of the title role in Bellini's La sonnambula in the Stuttgart new production 2012 was unanimously received by the critics.
She is a member of the Alea ensemble for new music.
