The Anadyr Plateau ( Russian Ана́дырское плоского́рье / Anadyrskoje ploskogorje) is located on the northern polar circle in the extreme northeast of Siberia (the Asian part of Russia ).

The mountain plateau comprises several mountain ranges. It is bounded in the south and west by the course of the Anadyr , in the east by the left Anadyr tributary Belaja and its source river Jurumkuwejem. In the northwest, the Anadyr Plateau borders on the Anjui Mountains . In the north-east the plateau passes over further highlands into the Chukotka highlands and in the south-east it borders on the Anadyr lowlands . To the south, there are further low mountain ranges that lie beyond the Anadyr, which flows there and rises on the plateau. In addition to the Anadyr, other larger rivers such as Jurumkuweiem, Enmywaam and the Great and Small Anjui have their source on the Anadyr Plateau . The Elgygytgyn crater lake is also located in the highlands. To the west, the barely inhabited plateau, whose landscape is dominated by taiga and tundra , borders the northern foothills of the Kolyma Mountains . The Anadyr Plateau extends over a length of 400 km and a width of 130 km. The prevailing heights are between 800 and 1100 m. In the southwest, the Anadyr Plateau in the Shchuchi ridge reaches a height of 1221 m ( ). In the northeast lies the Ossinowski ridge with a height of 1206 m.
