Anastassija Alexandrowna Protassenja ( Russian Анастасия Александровна Протасеня ; internationally used English transcription Anastasia Protasenya ; born December 22, 1993 in Moscow ) is a Russian triathlete . She is the 2010 Russian youth champion and a member of the elite reserve national team.

Career

In 2009 Protassenja took part in a triathlon of the International Triathlon Union (ITU) for the first time and won the bronze medal at the Junior European Cup in Tarzo Revine. In 2010 Protassenja won the silver medal at the European Team Championship (Juniors) and was first at the European Junior Cup in Alanya . Thanks to this medal, she entered the ITU Junior European Rankings ( Junior European Rankings / Women Standing ) in 31st place (out of 95) with just one European Cup .

The day after the European Cup, Protassenja took part in the elite swimming marathon in Alanya and came third in the elite ranking.

Anastasia Protassenja visited as inna tsyganok and Liubov Ivanovskaya the Moscow elite sports school ЭСДЮШОР УОР 2 ( Московское среднее специальное училище Олимпийского резерва № 2 , Moscow Special Secondary School of Olympic youth no. 2 ) and is one of Russia's most promising young talents. At the final of the Russia Cup on September 5, 2010 in Voronezh , she was first in the youth category, in Nizhny Novgorod she had already won silver in the junior category on June 20, 2010.

In March 2011 Protassenja opened the new season with a triathlon in Cyprus, where most of the Russian elite triathletes had set up their training camp. At the Volkswagen Aldiana Triathlon (March 27, 2011) Protassenja finished sixth on the sprint distance. In the four years from 2009 to 2012 Protassenja took part in 15 ITU competitions and achieved eight top ten placements, including two gold medals in the Junior European Cup. In 2014 she became U23 European Triathlon Champion with the Russian team in Penza.

In September 2017, the then 23-year-old Russian duathlon champion. In 2018 she became Vice State Champion Duathlon.

In June 2019 she finished fifth at the State Triathlon Championship.
