For the first time at an international championship, Anastassija Lebid took part in the Junior European Championships in Tallinn over 400 m hurdles and was eliminated there in the preliminary round. In 2012 she made it to the semi-finals of the Junior World Championships in Barcelona . In 2013 she won the bronze medal in her specialty at the U23 European Championships and took fourth place with the Ukrainian relay. Two years later, she reached the final of the U23 European Championships in Tallinn again, but this time only finished seventh. In 2016, she was part of the relay for the World Indoor Championships in Portland , where Ukraine finished fifth.
