Anders Ølholm (born June 15, 1983 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish screenwriter and film director .

Life

Anders Ølholm, born in Copenhagen in 1983, attended the Danske Filmskole Copenhagen, Denmark's national film school , from 2007 and graduated as a screenwriter in 2009.

Ølholm wrote the scripts for the Antboy superhero trilogy by Ask Hasselbalch consisting of Antboy - The Bite of the Ant , Antboy - The Revenge of the Red Fury and Antboy - Superheroes to the power of 3 . The script adaptation of Jonas T. Bengtsson's novel for the film Aminas Briefe by Jacob Bitsch from 2017 was also by him.

He made his feature film directing debut with the action film Shorta , which he made together with Frederik Louis Hviid and which is due to premiere at the 2020 Venice Film Festival at the beginning of September 2020 , where it will be shown as part of the International Critics' Week.
