Stig Anders Stefan Nilsson (born June 25, 1977 in Västervik ) is a Swedish ice hockey player who has been under contract with Orsa IK since September 2010.

Career

Anders Nilsson began his career as a hockey player with MoDo Hockey Örnsköldsvik , for which he played in the 1996/97 season in the Elitserien , the highest Swedish ice hockey league. The attacker then switched to Timrå IK from third-class Division 1 . With Timrå Nilsson succeeded in the 1998/99 season promotion to the second-rate HockeyAllsvenskan , in which he was on the ice for the club the following season. Before the 2000/01 season, Nilsson moved to league rivals Mora IK , with whom he even achieved promotion to the Elitserien in the 2003/04 season. After relegation in the 2007/08 season , the center left the Mora IK after eight years and moved with his teammate Martin Jansson to the Brûleurs de Loups de Grenoble from the French Ligue Magnus . With his new team he won the Trophée des Champions straight away in 2008 and all four national competitions in the 2008/09 season - the championship title , the Coupe de France , Coupe de la Ligue and the Trophée des Champions. In September 2010, Nilsson was signed by Orsa IK from the Swedish fifth division.
