André Mandt (born August 15, 1993 in Cologne ) is a German football player .

Career

In the club

Mandt grew up in Wesseling , but began playing football in the Dellbrück district of Cologne . In 2012 he moved from the youth team at Bayer 04 Leverkusen to the club's second team in the fourth-class Regionalliga West . On the 37th matchday of the 2011/12 season, he made his debut in the 3-1 defeat against SC Wiedenbrück . In January 2014 Mandt moved to 1. FC Saarbrücken . He made his debut in the third division on February 15, 2014 in a 1-0 win over SpVgg Unterhaching on matchday 25 due to an injury caused by a torn knee ligament . For the 2016/17 season, Mandt changes to the south-west regional division TSV Steinbach .

After a season in Steinbach, Mandt joined the Wuppertaler SV in the Regionalliga West . After a year he moved to league rivals SC Wiedenbrück .

National team

In the eleven games of the German U-16 national soccer team in the 2007/08 season, Mandt was used nine times. On October 19, 2008, in the 63rd minute, he scored the intermittent 1-1 equalizer in a 5-1 win in the friendly against the U-16 national soccer team of Estonia .
