André Laurito (born November 24, 1983 in Kinshasa , Zaïre ) is a German football player .
career
Laurito's father is Italian and his mother is Congolese. He was born in Zaïre (now DR Congo ) and grew up in Gießen , where he learned to play football at TSV Klein-Linden . In the A youth he moved to VfB Giessen .
In 2003 he joined the FSV Steinbach in the Landesliga Hessen. There he was brought in by the coach of FSV Frankfurt and the year after that he was brought into the then fourth-class Oberliga Hessen . After a year of getting used to it, he was a regular player from the 2005/06 season and a year later rose to the (third-class) Regional League South with the club . The FSV managed to march through to the 2nd Bundesliga as a climber , but Laurito only played until the 11th matchday and was then no longer used and his contract was not extended.
Laurito then moved to Viktoria Aschaffenburg , where he played again in the regional league in 2008/09 , which was only fourth class after the introduction of the 3rd league . Although he finished the season 13th with Viktoria, the club withdrew the license application beforehand and was relegated. Therefore Laurito went to league rivals Eintracht Bamberg , but was unlucky again. The club had to file for bankruptcy and was also previously relegated.
For the 2010/11 season he was then signed by Jahn Regensburg in the 3rd division. He made his professional debut in the starting line-up on matchday one and was also regularly used as a right defender after that. In the second year he became a regular player and top performer and also contributed with his offensive qualities (six goals this season) to achieving relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga; so it was his header in the second relegation game that led to the 2-2 equalizer against Karlsruher SC and brought the club upwards. Overall, he was the second best defender in the third division this season with a grade average of 2.82 awarded by the sports magazine kicker .
For the 2013/14 season, André Laurito moved to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . At the end of the 2017/18 season, André announced the end of his career and would like to start training as a banker.
At the beginning of the 2018/19 season, Laurito joined the lower-class TSV Kerspleben near Erfurt parallel to his training. There he played his first game on August 3, 2018 in a 3-1 win against SV BW 90 Hochstedt I.
