Andre Steyer (born May 1, 1992 in Bad Nauheim ) is a German pop singer .

life and career

Andre Steyer was born in Bad Nauheim as the first child of an extended family . He started singing as a child and taught himself to play the piano. At the age of 15 Andre Steyer sang as a soloist in the school choir and in a school band. In 2008 he was able to take first place for Singbergschule in Wölfersheim as front singer at the Wetterau school choir competition in Bad Vilbel .

Steyer was discovered in 2011 at a family celebration in an inn. When he presented some hits for his grandmother's birthday, the pop singer, composer, producer and manager Stefan Moll was sitting in the next room , who was immediately enthusiastic and signed him under his Dynasty Records label. A joint collaboration took place.

In 2012 Andre Steyer won the HR4 -Hessenstar Schlagerwettbewerb and thus a recording contract with the Ariola label ( Sony Music ). The winning title Gloria-Nur der Sieger is in the light , which was composed and produced by Uwe Busse , was then published. In December of the same year, Steyer appeared on the big pop star parade in the Frankfurt Festhalle .

In 2013 he switched to the music label Telamo .

In May 2013 his debut album "Blonder Passenger" was released, which was advertised through Shop24direct. Authors such as Ralph Siegel , Dr. Bernd Opinion , Marcel Brell, Tobias Reitz and Stefan Moll contributed songs to this album.

From 2016 a collaboration with the copywriter Irma Holder took place , whereby the titles "Summer Wind and Starry Night" and "Every Hour Without You" were created and published in the same year. In August 2016 Andre Steyer started an apprenticeship as a banker at Volksbank-Mittelhessen eG , which he successfully completed in June 2019.

On September 27, 2019, after a 3-year hiatus, the single "Let me believe in love" was released by Universal-Music through the record company Sunflower .

Andre Steyer u. a. through the programs Immer wieder sonntags ( ARD ), Die HR4-Schlagerparty ( Hessischer Rundfunk ) and When the music comes ( German music television / Gute Laune TV ).
