life and career

As the youngest son of a small family, Stefan Moll grew up in Munich . He already enjoyed making music as a child, after which he completed a keyboard instrument training course from 1986 to 1989 . After finishing school, Stefan Moll began training as a baker and confectioner , which he successfully completed in 1988.

At the beginning of 1989 Moll founded his first band, the "Midnight Shadows" and toured with them over 250 times a year through Germany . He was finally discovered by Marianne and Michael in March 1993 . In the same year he was to compete in the preliminary round of the “ Grand Prix of Folk Music ” with the title “An a miracle I believe”, which, however , was led to victory by the young Klostertalers . Still, the single was his first big hit. The first album “Come with me to the land of dreams” was then released. Moll became known to a larger audience through several television programs and in 1994 went on a major tour of Germany for the first time with the Musikantenstadl and Karl Moik . His second Stadl tour took place in 1995. In the same year, Stefan Moll received the Hermann Löns Medal as the most successful young artist. Moll's third Musikantenstadl tour in 1997 took him to Canada . He directed his orchestra "Ikarus".

In 2008 Stefan Moll founded his own music label "Dynasty Records" and in 2010 took over the management of other artists for the first time , including Andre Steyer (2012). In 2009 Stefan Moll composed the hit "Every heart needs a home" for Patrick Lindner together with Helmut Frey .

In January 2013, the “ Telamo ” music label released the CD box “Pure romance - The most beautiful songs from 20 years”, which was advertised through Shop24direct. In the course of this collaboration, titles such as “Liebe, was otherwise” (2012), “Wonderful that there you exist” (2013) and “Daniela” (2013) were decoupled and published with great success. Moll won several charts through them (including the German Schlagerparade ( Bayerischer Rundfunk )) and was able to place high in the airplay charts .

At the beginning of 2014, Stefan Moll's new single “All good things are 2” was released.
