Andrea King (* 1. February 1919 in Paris as Georgette Andre Barry ; † 22. April 2003 in Woodland Hills , California ) was an American actress .

life and career

Andrea King made her acting debut in 1940. Six years later, she managed to play leading roles in Hollywood, such as in 1946 with Peter Lorre in The Beast with the Five Fingers or in The Shadow of a Woman . From the early 1950s, King was mainly seen in television productions. So she played, among other things, in Murder is her Hobby , Columbo and Dear Uncle Bill a guest role. In 1994 the actress withdrew into private life.

In 1960 she got a star on the Walk of Fame (1541 Vine Street).

Andrea King was married to Nat Willis from 1940 until his death in 1970 . The couple had one child together.
