action

Bill Davis is a wealthy bachelor. After the death of his brother and sister-in-law, six-year-old twins Buffy and Jody and teenage boy Cissy, who are now orphans, move in with him and mess up his life. Davis' butler Giles French also has all sorts of problems raising the children. Buffy's doll, Mrs. Beasley, also plays an important role and has to be carried around at all times. It happens very often, however, that Mrs. Beasley is misplaced and a feverish search of the whole "family" ensues.
