Andrea Schmitt (born April 14, 1988 in Erlangen , Bavaria ) is a German actress .

Life

Schmitt grew up in Hemhofen near Erlangen. Schmitt gained his first acting experience in various school projects and in the feature film Unter der Sonne .

In June 2009 she was selected from more than 30 applicants for a role in the soap opera Dahoam is Dahoam at a public casting by Bayerischer Rundfunk . Originally, more than 150 candidates had applied for the television role in advance. The shooting with Schmitt began in July 2009. Since September 2009 Schmitt can be seen in a leading role as Nina Kreutzer in the television series Dahoam is Dahoam . In it she plays the funky and pubescent niece of the pharmacist Bamberger , who is portrayed by Horst Kummeth . Andrea Schmitt has been taking a break from Dahoam is Dahoam since September 2012 due to her pregnancy.

After graduating from high school, Schmitt studied economics and business administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg for three semesters ; In 2010 she interrupted her studies because of her television activity.

Schmitt currently lives (as of 2010) in Munich .
