Andreas Al-Laham
Andreas Al-Laham (born March 25, 1962 in Herrsching ; † December 28, 2011 in Mannheim ) was a German business economist.
Life
After completing his doctorate with Martin K. Welge at the chair for corporate management at the University of Dortmund from 1988 to 1999, Al-Laham was his research assistant. He then held teaching and research assignments at the JL Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto until 2002 , then at the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology until 2004 and as Associate Professor for General Management and International Strategy at Cass Business School until 2006 , City University London . In 2006 he received a professorship for international management at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and in 2009 the chair for strategic and international management at the University of Mannheim .
He worked u. a. in the empirical research of network relationships in companies in the biotech industry.
