Andreas Drouve (* 1964 in Düren ) is a German journalist and writer .

Life

After attending school in 1983, Andreas Drouve wrote his first articles for the Aachener Nachrichten . In 1991 he wrote his first book Reiseland Chile . He studied German , ethnology and Hispanic studies in Bonn , Granada , Pamplona and Marburg . In 1990 he graduated from the university with the title Magister Artium and an ethnographic thesis on Madagascar . The title of Dr. phil. he got through the dissertation Erich Kästner - moralist with double bottom . This was followed by training as a newspaper editor at the Hessische / Niedersächsische Allgemeine Zeitung .

Drouve has written over a hundred travel and culture books. He also gives lectures, for example. also on the “ dream ship ”. In addition to books, he writes satires, reports, columns, reports and reviews. He also enjoys drawing myths and legends , tracing folk customs and unusual festivals. In 2016 his weird, apolitical Germany and journalist satire "The last one bites the grotto olm - From the everyday life of a fearless local journalist".

Drouve has lived as a freelance journalist and writer in Pamplona , Spain, since the mid-1990s .
