Andreas Joseph Fahrmann

Andreas Joseph Fahrmann (born November 8, 1742 in Zell am Main , Hochstift Würzburg , † February 6, 1802 in Würzburg ) was a German moral theologian and auxiliary bishop.

Fahrmann was ordained a priest in 1765. After receiving his doctorate in 1773, he was appointed to the chair of moral theology at the University of Würzburg , which he held until 1779, when he became a canon in the Haug monastery . In 1789 he became auxiliary bishop and titular bishop of Almira, now Thebae Phthiotides, and held this office until his death.
