Andreas Groll (photographer)

Andreas Groll (born November 30, 1812 in Vienna ; † March 20, 1872 there ) was a pioneer in photography . Earlier photographs and daguerreotypes by him have come down to us.
Live and act
After starting out with amateur photography, he set up as a freelance photographer in Vienna in 1852, specializing primarily in architectural photos in the Austria-Hungary area .
Andreas Groll is the father of the Austrian painter and professor Andreas Groll (1850–1907).
