Andreas Karczewski (born August 15, 1965 in Gießen ) is a German radio presenter , disc jockey and music journalist .

Life

Andreas Karczewski worked as a disc jockey in various discos in Central Hesse between the beginning of 1984 and the end of 1987 . His career as a radio presenter began on May 18, 1987 at Gong FM ( Regensburg ). Since 1990 Karczewski has been DJing at disco parties and events in Hesse, in addition to his work as a radio host.

In August 1989 Karczewski moved back to his native Hesse and was a presenter and music editor from the very beginning at the Hessian private broadcaster Hit Radio FFH ; from September 1992 to January 1994 he also headed the station's music editing department. From November 2000 to April 2013 Karczewski was the presenter of the third FFH station (alongside Planet Radio ), harmony.fm .

Karczewski was also a member of the jury at the rock festival of the Frankfurt Sparkasse 1822 between 1993 and 2000, built up the music archive for Sat.1's on -air promotion in 2000 and has been moderating at RadioViaMobile, the event radio of Messe Frankfurt and Martin Hecht , since 2003 . Between 2006 and 2011 Karczewski was co-partner, moderator, editor and producer of the company "sendefertig GbR". From April 2007 to February 2010 he was responsible for format design, music selection, setting up the digital rotation and music planning for the web radio programs "Jazz", "Schlagerkult" and "Hits für Kids" at FFH-Digital.

Since the end of May 2013, Karczewski has been the head of the music department at 105'5 Spreeradio in Berlin.
