Andreas Rhiel

Andreas Rhiel (born October 18, 1861 in Erfurtshausen ; † after 1933) was a German lawyer and politician ( center ).

Life

After graduating from high school at Easter 1881, Rhiel began studying law and political science at the Philipps University of Marburg , which he completed in 1884 with the first state examination in law. He completed his legal clerkship at courts from 1884 to 1888, passed the second state examination in law and entered the Prussian judicial service as a court assessor in April 1889. In December 1894 he became a judge at the Wolfhagen district court . From May 1899 until his retirement in April 1927 he worked as a judge at the Fulda District Court , most recently as a District Court Counselor.

Rhiel joined the Center Party and was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from June 1908 to November 1918 , where he represented the constituency of Kassel 12 ( Fulda ). From 1919 to 1921 he was a member of the Prussian State Constitutional Assembly . He was then elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he was a member until 1933.
