The judicial district of the district court Fulda includes the cities and communities Dipperz , Ebersburg , Ehrenberg , Eichenzell , Flieden , Fulda , Gersfeld , Großenlüder , Hilders , Hofbieber , Hosenfeld , Kalbach , Künzell , Neuhof , Petersberg , Poppenhausen , Bad Salzschlirf and Tann (each including all parts of the city and district). All are in the district of Fulda .

The Fulda Regional Court is superordinate to the Fulda AG . The higher regional court of Frankfurt am Main and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate in the next instance .
