Andreas Roschkowsky (born December 9, 1975 in Duisburg ) is a German pool player .
In 1993 he became European junior champion in discipline 14 and 1 endless . For the men, he first landed in the medal ranks of the Pool European Championship in 2001 when he won silver in 9-ball and bronze in 8-ball in Karlsbad, Czech Republic . In the same year he made it to the round of 16 of the 9-Ball World Cup .
His best result on the Euro Tour was two second places, achieved in Ghent and Copenhagen in 2005 .
At the European Championships in 2008 he won the bronze medal in discipline 14 and 1 endless. In 2009 he was able to win the bronze medal again in 14 and 1 and also won the title in 8-ball ; the greatest success of his career so far. His best placement so far at a World Cup he achieved almost a year later at the 8-Ball World Cup in 2010 , when he only failed in the quarter-finals to Niels Feijen .
For winning the gold medal in the 8-ball, he received the silver laurel leaf.
Roschkowsky has already been German men's champion 14 times , most recently in 2012 and 2013 in 14 and 1 endless.
His nickname in the billiards scene is Roschi .
