Andrei Aleksandrov (born April 29, 1990 in Narva , Estonian SSR ) is an Estonian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Narva PSK in the Meistriliiga since 2012 .

Career

Club

Andrei Aleksandrov began his career as a hockey player in his Estonian homeland with record champions Narva PSK . In 2010 he moved to Tartu Kalev-Välk . With the club from the traditional university city, 2011 and 2012 won the Estonian championship title. Shortly after the start of the 2012/13 season, he returned to his hometown, where he has since been back on the ice for the local PSK, with which he won his third Estonian championship title in 2016.

International

For Estonia, Aleksandrov took part in the junior division of Division II of the U18 World Championships in 2007 and 2008 and Division II of the U20 World Cup in 2010 .

For the men's national team , Aleksandrov made his debut in the Olympic qualification for the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver . He also played at the World Championships in Division I in 2011 and after relegation to Division II in 2012 , when the Estonians succeeded in immediate promotion.
