Andrei Jurjewitsch Solomatin ( Russian Андре́й Ю́рьевич Солома́тин ; born September 9, 1975 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian football player .

Andrei Solomatin began his career in 1992 in the 2nd team at Torpedo Moscow and ended his professional career in this club in 2007. In between, the 1.83 meter tall defender was under contract with Lokomotiv Moscow , CSKA Moscow and Anzhi Makhachkala , among others . Stays abroad at Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma FC and Obolon Kiev led him to South Korea and Ukraine, respectively.

In the 2003 season Solomatin won the championship title in the Premjer League with CSKA Moscow .

Andrei Solomatin played 13 games for the Russian national team between 1998 and 2003, in which he scored a goal. At the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea , he was used in the preliminary rounds from Sbornaja in all three group games.
