Andrej Kaufmann (* 7. July 1975 as Andrej Singelejew in Ust-Kamenogorsk , Kazakhstan SSR ) is a former German - Kazakh hockey players , the last in the amateur team of SC Bietigheim-Bissingen in the hockey Regional played.
Career
Andrej Kaufmann has been playing for German clubs since 1998, initially with the Black Dragons Erfurt in the 1st League North and with EV Füssen in the Regionalliga Süd . With the EV Füssen he was promoted to the league , which he left in 2001 in the direction of Landshut . After a year at Heilbronner EC , he joined the 2003/04 season, the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg with whom he in the German Ice Hockey League rose.
In the summer of 2005 he moved back to the 2nd Bundesliga with the Dresdner Eislöwen together with David Musial and Marek Mastič , where he became one of the most important attacking players. In the 2006/2007 season he again made it to the German Ice Hockey League with EHC Wolfsburg. In the 2007/08 season he went on the ice for the Ravensburger Tower Stars, which he left after one season and signed a contract with the Bietigheim Steelers. With the Steelers he won the championship of the 2nd Bundesliga, but got no contract extension. After initially remaining without a club, he was given a trial contract by SERC Wild Wings in November 2009 . This was extended at the beginning of December of the same year until the end of the season.
In September 2010, Kaufmann returned to the Steelers.
