Andrew Kolody (born November 13, 1981 ) is a former Canadian natural track luge . He started during two seasons in the World Cup and took part in a World Championship .

Career

Kolody's first international competition was the Junior World Championship in 1999 in Hüttau , where he was eliminated. A year later, on January 23, 2000, he contested his first and in the 1999/2000 season only World Cup race in Gummer , in which he reached 29th place out of 40 starters. A week later he started at the 2000 World Cup in Olang . Here he was the second best of the five Canadians with 34th place in the midfield. In the 2000/2001 season , Kolody took part in the first three World Cup races. He achieved his best World Cup result at the beginning of the season with 23rd place in Umhausen and in the overall World Cup he finished 27th as the second best Canadian. Kolody was registered for the 2001 World Championships in Stein an der Enns , but did not start. After this winter, the Canadian did not take part in any international competitions.
